About

ME

As a fully qualified and insured Matwork Pilates Instructor with BASI Pilates, London (Body Arts and Science International) and a Level Three Award in Teaching Pre and Post Natal Clients, I’m passionate about helping others feel their best through movement

My obsession with Pilates started over five years ago with a desire to ‘get in shape’ and I thought Pilates would be a good way to do that, but I quickly discovered that it offered so much more than just physical fitness. Not only did I become stronger than I’ve ever felt before, but I was amazed at how much more mobileflexible and stable I became. I love creating effective, informed and fun classes – a workout you can finally look forward to. I want to help you do something for you at least once a week that leaves you feeling more mobile, more aligned and more in control.

I adore helping people feel better in their body, whether that is teaching exercises that can release aches and pains, helping you counteract the effects of working life e.g. desk working or tailoring sessions to specific mobility conditions -showing people how Pilates can support them is, for me, the most rewarding thing.

When I became pregnant with my daughter, Pilates became even more important to me. I practiced daily, even just for 10 minutes and I truly believe it helped me stay strong, flexible and balanced throughout my pregnancy, and it was a key part of my recovery after giving birth. I am so passionate about giving other mamas a toolbox to navigate pregnancy whether it’s keeping physically strong or providing the mental resilience to embrace the changes we see our bodies go through. I truly believe that knowledge is power and teaching you all about the joys of diastasis recti and pelvic floors and how you can help your body can make you feel so much more in control!
