If you continue to browse and use this website or book a session, it is agreed the participant understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Pilates on the Wolds, and govern your use of the Services.
The term ‘Pilates on the Wolds’, ‘Ginni Douglas’ or ‘I’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of or website.
By booking a session and confirming payment it is agreed the participant understands and agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and us, and govern your use of the Services.
First Time Clients
You are required to fill out the enrolment form found here. Filling out and signing that form confirms that you have read, understood and honestly answered the questions asked and wish to participate in Pilates sessions with Pilates on the Wolds. You understand the various risks associated with an exercise programme and have not withheld any relevant information regarding your physical condition, which may affect you during or following this session. You will work at an appropriate level for yourself and stop if you feel pain or discomfort, and inform Ginni. You agree that Ginni Douglas is not responsible for any injuries sustained by you during your exercise session. You hereby release Ginni Douglas and all parties involved from any responsibility. The nature of Pilates involves hands on guidance as means of facilitating precision during exercise. By filling out and signing the enrolment form, you are indicating that you are happy for Ginni to use hands on guidance where appropriate.
Further Medical
You acknowledge that Pilates on the Wolds classes involve physical exercise and you accept that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you are able to participate in each session. If you have any injury that may prevent full participation you should highlight this on your form and discuss this with Ginni Douglas before the session begins. Any advice from Ginni Douglas does not constitute medical advice, and we strongly recommend that you consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing a class if you have any concerns about your health or wellbeing.
If you have any concerns before booking please get in touch to discuss. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Ginni of any changes to their health both via completing the form and discussing with Ginni directly.
If you feel unwell while taking part in any of the exercises, then please inform Ginni Douglas immediately.
Any client who is pregnant must consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing a class.
Payment
Payment is required in advance of all group classes and private sessions to confirm your place. Once payment is received you will receive confirmation of your booking. If no booking confirmation has been received please check junk/spam or contact ginni@pilatesonthewolds.co.uk.
Cancellation
Please note if you wish to cancel a class you have booked you must give 24 hours notice in advance of the class start time or you will be charged for the class. This notice must be given via email to ginni@pilatesonthewolds.co.uk. If cancellation is given in advance of 24 hours, this booking can be transferred to another class, time or date or you can receive a credit for the paid value. Refunds are not offered. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are not transferable or refundable. ‘No shows’ are not transferable or refundable.
