Fun, dynamic and effective - strengthen, tone and move.
My group classes are dynamic, energising, and designed to help you build a stronger, more flexible body. These classes focus on engaging your core muscles while also working on balance, posture, and coordination, guiding you to progress and get stronger every week—no matter your fitness level. It’s a low-impact workout, but don’t be fooled—you’ll feel it from head to toe, whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience. Give it a try, and you’ll see the difference!
Cancellation Policy
Please note if you wish to cancel a class you have booked you must give 24 hours notice in advance of the class start time or you will be charged for the class. This notice must be given via email to ginni@pilatesonthewolds.co.uk. If cancellation is given in advance of 24 hours, this booking can be transferred to another class, time or date or you can receive a credit for the paid value. Refunds are not offered. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are not transferable or refundable. ‘No shows’ are not transferable or refundable.
