A specific pre natal class to prepare your body for the stages of pregnancy and labour. I have specialised in pre and post natal following having my daughter for which Pilates was my lifeline. It not only kept me physically strong but also provided the mental clarity I needed to cope with the changes in my body. In this session I am passionate about helping other mamas to be find the same… plus it’s a chance to meet some gorgeous new friends to help you along the way. COMING SOON
